The Role
We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our close-knit sales team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for long-term employment with a company that values its employees and their contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage effectively with a diverse range of clients, adapting to various situations with ease.
• Maintain and develop positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Balance your time effectively between showroom duties, working from home, and visiting clients.
• Manage and follow up on confirmed leads provided by the company.
• Demonstrate a team-oriented mentality while working within a small, supportive sales team.

Requirements:
• Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient IT skills (training can be provided).
• A positive and personable approach to sales and customer interactions.
• High motivation and flexibility in work tasks and hours.
• Honest, customer-focused, and practical in your approach.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• A vehicle is essential for this role.
